2.Events: the organisers’ own pages

Most dates come from echo.lu. But concert halls, communes and festivals also publish their own dates. For every event in the app, the source it came from is shown. Here they all are:

Events by venues, clubs and companies: entered in the app by the verified businesses themselves. The source is the business, shown as the organiser.

3.How up to date the data is

Some of it we fetch every night, some less often. Wherever a figure appears in the app, you also see the date it is from. If a commune changes something at short notice, we may still be showing the older version. When in doubt, the official page is the one that counts.

On Windows, Lukalia shows the flags in the chat with the font “Twemoji Country Flags” by TalkJS. The images come from Twemoji (Twitter, Inc. and contributors), licensed under CC BY 4.0.

The emoji search in the chat uses names and keywords from the package “emojibase-data” by Miles Johnson (MIT licence), which in turn come from the Unicode CLDR (Unicode, Inc., Unicode License v3). Lukalia serves this list itself; the emojis are drawn by your device.
